MUSIC OF INSPIRATION

As we all know music exists everywhere . We tend to react to the music the minute we listen to it. This proves that our emotions are lifted up by music. As for me, I loved music since I was a newborn. Whaaaat!! A newborn!!?? , you may think but my parents used to say that they used to download some English 90’s hits and insert in in a radio for me to listen from the incubator. I used to carry both my legs upwards and show a sign of enjoying the songs. From that day onwards, my journey started with the presence of music. I started to make music as my first priority .

In my life, I never once been without listening to songs. My music listening habit depends on my state of mind but when it comes to emotions like feeling angry or sad, I prefer listening to melodious songs. I personally feel that music is the only medium that can be used to communicate with God as we can slightly figure out the motivational quote God is trying to say to us. For example, if I feel so stressed up or demotivated I’ll listen and also watch devotional video songs to gain back my confidence .

Songs composed from different languages have been revolutionized for the past I’m not sure how many years. But I’m sure if you listen to the songs nowadays and the songs that were composed 30 years ago, you will feel a wide range of difference.

Nowadays, some still like to listen to the songs from 90’s but some like listening to songs which have the present touch in it. According to that, the music directors and the directors of that particular film work so hard in order to synchronize the song with the scenes of the film. With that thought in mind, they crew has to bring in the colours of the indian culture into the scenes of the songs. Even by just watching the video song itself, we can be able to understand the meaning of the lyrics and feel the vibe of the song.

In this article, I would like to express and talk more indian music. This is the chance to do so because I feel that this is a platform for me to show the specialties of indian music. Indian music was found to be existed approximately 30,000 years ago according to the findings of UNESCO. Talking about the varieties, we have North Indian (bhangra) and also South Indian music (folk music) .

Before giving a finishing touch to this article, I would like to emphasise my love to indian music by giving a statement which says that I love to watch indian singing shows such as Sa Re Ga Ma Pa (a show in Zee Tamil). My current addiction is watching a music show called Super Singer Season 7. I initially watched this show because my favourite music director Anirudh is the Ambassador of this show but after a few episodes I got really addicted with one of the contestants voice. Sam Vishal. Not only by being a charming youngster, he also caught hold of his fans’ attention with his mesmerising voice. According to the anchors of the show, he has been titled ‘the danger zone contestant’, which means the other contestants should always be alert when it comes to competing with him.

Speaking about music in general and also about indian music it’s not right if I don’t talk about the music directors who rule the film industry and keep their fans addicted to their music. These music directors don’t just resemble music but each and everyone of them are a story. They’ve seen alot of insults, came across difficulties and also survived alot of controversies. But then, as the saying goes, ‘Work in silence, let the success be the noise’. Now, their success is a history. All the praises goes to the indian film industries’ most finest music directors and also my favourite. So no offense please. : Anirudh Ravichander (My all time favourite), also referred to as the indian rockstar. Hip Hop Tamizha Adhi (referred to as the sensation of indian music). A.R.Rahman (referred to as isai puyal- it means the man of music).

With a big salute to all the music directors in the past and also a million thanks to the music directors of the present era for revolutionizing the indian music industry.
