Here are ways to manage stress during exam periods:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Plan ahead and set realistic goals. While it might be tempting to cramp all information of an entire subject into a single day, you should schedule your study time and remember to take breaks in between.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Maintain a healthy lifestyle. A clear mind comes from a healthy body, so make sure you exercise and eat healthy, and most importantly, get enough sleep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Avoid procrastination.
