The Pomodoro Study Technique

At this point where final exams are just around the corner, the key to scoring that sweet 4.0 is to study smartly and efficiently.

The Pomodoro Technique, created by Francesco Cirillo is a study technique where one breaks down each work/study session into small “Pomodoros”.

Each Pomodoro is a cycle that consists of 25 minutes of focused work and 5 minutes of break time.

After completing 4 Pomodoros, a longer break is taken.

This is known to be a highly efficient study technique.

We wish you the best of luck in your final examinations!
