Stressed out? How about you (Succeed To Release emotionS Slowly – S.T.R.E.S.S)?

I’ve came across many people saying their version on how to handle stress. I am aware that stress has been playing a huge part in our lives until people feel weird about themselves when they are not stressed. To me, as humans it’s important to have emotions but at the same time, we also have to learn to control those emotions from crossing the line. Remember, “There is no use crying over spilt milk,”.

So, I feel that when you feel like shouting at someone, you can express your anger in the sentences you choose to speak to that person but after that you have to take at least a few seconds to calm down yourself and explain the situation to that. If that person is not ready to listen to you, maybe you can leave the matter for some time and when everything is under control, you can talk it out to that person. I feel that this situation is half related to anger but it also is half related to stress as well. Because before we let out our anger onto someone, we tend to feel stressed thinking about that same problem over and over again.

Many would question me about my version of the meaning of STRESS. In this world, emotions are important as it shows people or in other words it potrays our character because our character is based on how well we know on how to express our emotions.

STRESS is actually an unnecessary feeling that we, humans create in order to worsen things. If we follow STRESS (Succeed To Release EmotionS Slowly), we will experience things differently in life. Before putting yourself in a stressful situation, think about how did the problem arise and what did I do to make it right? After asking this , automatically your brain will command you to react properly and ask you to get busy in solving the problem instead of worrying too much .

Be it stress in life, stress in love affairs or stress in your studies or even stress at work, it all will end in a happy ending if you don’t overreact and take the situation as it goes. All the best and take things as it goes. Be happy always.
