How to manage stress during exam periods

Finals are when students’ stress levels peak. Here are ways to manage stress during exam periods:

1. Plan ahead and set realistic goals. While it might be tempting to cramp all information of an entire subject into a single day, you should schedule your study time and remember to take breaks in between.

2. Maintain a healthy lifestyle. A clear mind comes from a healthy body, so make sure you exercise and eat healthy, and most importantly, get enough sleep.

3. Avoid procrastination. Stay away from all distractions and utilise your time to finish the syllabus.

4. Do not panic. Believe in yourself and do your best. Panicking will only make things worse.
